3000 cops deployed in Phnom Penh for the National Election Cheating (NEC)

3,000 policemen deployed in Phnom Penh for commune councils election

PHNOM PENH, Jan. 18 (Xinhua) -- About 3,000 policemen will be deployed in the capital to ensure safety and security during the commune councils election due to be concluded on April 1, said Touch Naruth, Phnom Penh Municipal Police Chief, here on Thursday.

"We have strengthened our police presence at all levels to observe and monitor the daily activities to guard against terrorism and all other criminals acts," he told Xinhua by phone.

"We want to ensure the safety and security for the public and wish for a successfully election process," he said.

In addition, he appealed to all political parties to respect the ethics for dignity before, during and after the election, adding that all people are expected not to make violence either.

Phnom Penh has 76 communes and six political parties have registered for the election in the capital city.

According the National Election Committee ( NEC), across the country there are 1,621 communes and 12 political parties will compete for commune chief positions with three-year-long terms.

The Cambodian People's Party will join the election in all the 1,621 communes, the opposition Sam Rainsy party, in 1,596 communes, the co-ruling Funcinpec party in 1,459 communes and the just-established Prince Ranaridth Party in 1,435 communes and the Nationalist Progressive Party in one commune.

You can elect anything you want.
Just keep in mind that election,
    preparation, registration, ...,
    and monitoring are not free.
I don't know the exact cost, but
    I estimate this election cost
    about 5 - 8 US$ per head.

I last heard they expect about
    1/2 the population to paticipate.
So if you do the math, 8 multiply
by 7,000,000, you will get 56
millions US$ which is over 10%
of our tax revenue, and that is
    just one election.

Now, if you want to have each
    of the paliarmentarian elected
    individually and we need 126
    parliarmentarians, just take
the 126 multiply by 56 millions
    US$ (as shown) above, then
tell me if it is feasible enough,
    okay?

One should know that if the NEC is controlled by the CPP, it doesn't matter how many police are there to monitor the election. Its only for show and tell. They (ccp) will find ways to manipulate the result.

    Looks good in the news,though..

Hey, voting is not khmer invention.
If you don't like it take it back
    to the west.

Actually, I am not even going to
vote. I decided just like khmers
    have decided for centuries, that
is one leader forever and save
    millions for food thereafter.

Keep in mind, we are not the UK,
    France,..., we are KHMER. and
we like to keep it that way. Do
    you mind?

Hey, you want our people to die
    of starvation or something?

We tell them whatever they want
to hear so that we get to money
to survive. Keep, in mind that
Pol Pot didn't leave us anything
    in his wills, okay?

If just for Khmer people alone, there're plenty of resources to live wonderful life, but more than 4 million Yuan are grabbing food from Khmers that's why.
So what's about Pol Pot? He was created by Yuan wasn'the?

I don't care who created Pol Pot,

Yuan created Pol Pot then Yuan knew the answer to your question, unless you are Yuan, thus you know the answer.

3,000 cops to be deployed just to threathen the people to vote for the CPP, not to secure the election. If the election free and fair the CPP will melt as sult salt. And Ah HUN SEN must face the conviction.

Would you rather the polices to
    stay out?

Anyway, there will be media and
    oppositions in every spot. Just
hope they got the skills to
    monitor things. If they don't,
I can say is too bad, unless
    you got a better idea.

The saddest thing is that the police of Nguyen Van Son Hoc Lungdy won't touch the CPP no matter how many crimes those CPP committed, unless any member of CPP want to break away from the Mafia like Heng Pov then that CPP will be hunted down.

Hey, what is the use to procecute
Hun Sen? Do you think you can?

Okay, ASSUMING that he is guity of
a crime that you suggested. First,
many of our judges is going to look
under every every rock and stone
to find flaws in your charge, so
you need to do a perfect
    proscecution. Otherwise, he'll walk
    free.

    Now, assuming that succeed with
you charge and got him 20 years
in Prey Sor. Do you think you can
keep him in there? Noway Jose,
The King will grand him a pardon
and he'll be out free again.

    You are wasting your engergy
    on the impossible. You better
channel it to help the poor, dude.

As I said before, It aint the
end of the world because we have
a few laws. And you are not helping
    anyone. you are creating more
flaws to make it worse for
    everyone, get it?
