Pursat provincial authorities were holding one Vietnamese suspect after a shootout with a group accused of burning a fisheries office in the wake of a crackdown, officials said Tuesday.
Three Vietnamese men were killed in the shootout with police in Pursat province, following an earlier scuffle with authorities over operations against illegal fishing. A rights worker confirmed the arrest of a fourth man Tuesday.
Court officials were not available for comment, and an official at the Vietnamese Embassy in Phnom Penh said the incident should be fully investigated.

Khmers killing Yuons is just a start in nearly 30 years since 1979. There will be a big Khmer-VN racial fighting / killing one day in Cambodia, and at that time we all know that the Vietnamese immigrants outnumner the Cambodians.
