Three people were arrested in the Pursat province for trying to recruit an illegal army.
The 3 people arrested: Chan Daraveasna, Tol Man, and Ny Kosal, are muslims (Cham), said Sarun Chanthy, the Pursat deputy-commissioner. They are accused of recruiting 18 others altogether since the formation of this movement since February.
