More rats jumping off the F'pec ship ... in the dark of the night

F’pec officials defect to CPP

A number of high-ranking Funcinpec officials defected to the ruling CPP party after the results of the commune election show the decline in the number of Funcinpec supporters, and the decline of Funcinpec popularity.

Nevertheless, Nouv Sovathero, Funcinpec spokesman, said that this CPP defection trend is normal for politicians and individual members of any political party. “Those who left, it’s according to their judgment, their moral standing, and their conscience, but for those who remain behind, they will continue their mission.”

Nouv Sovathero said that up to now, only Ly Thuch, Funcinpec MP, had sent in his official resignation from the party.

News report indicated that a number of high ranking Funcinpec officials will also depart from Funcinpec.

On this issue, Nouv Sovathero said that he cannot prevent any individual from defecting as it is their political right, he said that he would like to see those who will defect to have the courage to announce their departure openly, just like what Ly Thuch did.

A high-ranking CPP official said that the CPP always welcomes those who join it regardless of political tendencies.

See, what did I told you? CPP has
    oppositions within, but they can
    put their differences aside and
work for the good of the country
    and the people. Personnally, I
don't care how we get from point
A to point B, so long we get to
point B, and it is my duty to
help all of us to get to point
    B. So what, if one plan take
less or more times than the other,
is it worth it to fight and cause
    further lost to our country?

Your CPP point A...killing...poor...people...to...point...B. By any means. All I see is the higher ups making more money. Walk around any streets in Cambodia and all you see is poor people all around.

That don't make sense. You see, if
people are poor, then they have no
    money to buy motorbike, car,
PC, ... . Consequently, no one
would want to come here for
bussiness, and you know fair well
that that is not our point B. Would
you want to come here to sell
PC, bicycle, ... ? Of course not.
Our point B is to make sure the
jobless is as low as possible.
    That way, the existing companies
who want to grow will offered them
more money to get them to work for
for the company. As a result, now
they have some money to spend on
toys, and that in turn, invites
more companies who want to sell
them toys and who also will
compete for more workers and have
to pay good salary to get workers.
I tell you, once we reached that
point, you're going to see a lot
of spoiled people in Cambodia, LOL.
Also , this will increased our tax
revenue that can be used to pay
    our civil servants better too.
Now, tell me how much better
can the oppositions do that is
    worth fighting about?

    12:54 PM ,
You are right. I am very appriciate about the CPP work.

If no CPP, we are not in point B, we would in point E or F.

IF you look into the social work, every ministry, every aspect, every office, department of Goven't, what is the Rate right now?

For example: I pay 140$ for my birth citificate.

Answer me. Where those minister, or other hight ranking official of govn't get the money from?

There is only aspect I bring you to look.

If you look into the current of our society.

Recently, there are about 3 tons of drug was found near the city. And as the reported, there is 1 ton has been transported the City, and no report has been showed that that 1 ton of drug has been catched.

So, I can say our country are very dangerous in Drug, Money Laundring, Landgrabbing , Coruptions, legalness of Crimers...etc.

What I am saying is not means I support any party. But, CPP should learn from the SRP did. And also SRP should learn from CPP for some good points of view.

SRP are also not good enaught to be a rulling part of our Country. But, it is better if we can change our main Machine of our Head of Country.

Samdech Hun Sen has very good opinion and idea, but the people below him doesn't listen to him, and he doesn't punish them, because they are supporting him.

The market in Cambodia is for the powerful, who can tell me is there fair competition in Cambodia's market? Look at fuel? who owns fuel companies? How many belong to the CPP? If they want to invest in Cambodia, they have to have a line/channel or otherwise have to pay a lot of commission. Only the CPP and their group can own big businesses here. Don't you know here is Cambodia!!!!

12:54pm & 2:49pm do you really understand the true meaning when you say jobless rates are down? Do you understand the Mexican Country tatics by sending their own people across the border just so they have less jobless people? Tax, well lets not go there. In Cambodia transactions are mostly done by cash. So where is the Tax beside from the poor selling his food from a vendor? Do you think that the oppositions are worthless? If there is no oppositions right now, would you think Hun Sen could be this nice? Come on this is just Political tatics.

CPP has done nothing to develope Cambodia.

They started from zeron in 1979 to minus...recently.

If you want to know the living standard of Cambodian people you must spend some times traveling around the country and try some effort to count the Vietnamese.

Try to count the number of school Hun Sen built and try to count the school without teaching staff which children in the rural use as their toilet.

Hun Sen is nothing. He just said he knows everything about Cambodia as most Cambodians do but he ignores it.

Don`t think that his subordinates dont`t listen to him or don`t orbey his order. It`s non sense. He is the most powerful. If any guys don`t obey order why not use administrative punishment and power.

It is nonsens for the leader to say that your followers don`t listen to you. It is just like the Cambodian popular prover : A bad blacksmith always blames the ore.

Of course you would have been at
poing E and F, 2:49, but that is
because you started year 1867, LOL.

    Seriously, all I've heard is
    lipservice. Would you mind tell
me how you would get to point
E and F. Use number if you can.
    I don't understand unquantified
word very well. Also what is it
like to be at point F for
    the average Cambodian. I mean
what typically people do to make
a living, what is their average
    income, what is their typical
asset, ... Let it rip and don't
    worry about right and wrong.
    Okay?

    Dear 4:30 PM,
    ---
Of course you would have been at
poing E and F, 2:49, but that is
    because you started year 1867
    ---
I don't know where you are right now.

If you are in Cambodia, you would know what is the situation in Cambodia. How many school that Samdech Hun Sen have built, how many Hospital have been built, and just a moment ago, the saalary of sevill official had been increased 15%... the politic line is stable...

BUT, YOU MAY ALSO DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH DRUG SUFFERING OUR KIDS, DEFORESTING, LAND GRABBING, CORRUPTION in every mistry...

    Let see.....
Please tell me one thing. As I am a cambodian, I never heard that any building, bridge, school, hospital, pagoda... has been built by money from Gon't.

Those I have described above, including hospital, school, bridge, can you list me which one is built by govn't money?

Those are all from Fund, Donor, charity of milionair in CPP, and loan.

WHere is the money from what I pay tax everyday?

Let talk about the Point B:
    ---
Our point B is to make sure the
jobless is as low as possible.
    ---
Recently, there are at less 30 Garment's Factories has closed the door because of [mostly] Curruption, ILO report.

Assume that one Factory, there are at less 500 works. SO, at less 30 x 500 works are being jobless.

    THis is number one.

As reported from Ministr of Education, there are about 500k of Student graduate every year.

As report from Ministry of Comerce and Ministry of Economic and Finance, there about 50k Company are running in Cambodia.

Assume that 1 Company use 100 Employee for an average(It may higher or less than).

    So, 50k x 100 Employee=1500k.
And let assume that, there are 10 generation of Graduated Student.
    500k x 10 = 5000k.

    So, that means, 5000k-1500k=3500K.
ANd also for Organization, I assume, it is about 20% of 3500K=700K.

So, there are 2800K of student jobless every year.

The above static number may not perfectly correct, but, it may be usefull.

Look into last year, there are about 50 Illigal Cambodian works in Thialand has been killed.

Look last year and recently protest,... how many people from couontryside has been cheated by saying bringing them to work in Korea...

Many example that showed that, the number of jobless people are increase from year to year.

So, your Point B to decrease the number of jobless, it is impossible untill you kill them.

BUT, IF YOU DECREASE THE NUMBER OF CURRUPTION IN GOVEN'T, THEN THERE WILL BE MORE INVESTMENT IN CAMBODIA, THAT MAY HELP TO DECREASE THE NUMBER OF UNEMPLOYEMENT OF CAMBODIA.

I don't see any imporvement in governship. All I see is a country run by a big family wellconnected by blood and marriage. So there will be no transparency.

Moreover, we pay too much money on passport for a short life of the passport and the passport has to be signed by a corrupted official (Hok Longdy). Look at the US passport, it lasts for 10 years and no one signs it beside the bearer.

And more and more.....corruption everywhere...is on the rise. This is a development they call it. The CPP knows quite well.

    6:38, stop changing the subject.
You stated in post 2:49 that with
no CPP, we will be at point E or F,
and all I like to know is what
point F is like for cambodia. What
is the income per capita? what is
    the percentage of middle class?
What is the typical khmer asset?
I mean do people own motorbike,
car, PC, HDTV, ..., or house?
I just need some description of
point F, and some description of
your plan to get from point A to
poin F. As I have indicated our
point B was to reduce the Jobless
to the minimum. This meant getting
    people jobs regardless of salary.
    That will be adjusted naturally
    by competition for workers among
companies. I know you are SRP
fan who believed that we are
    hindered from growth due to
    corruption. Fact of the matter
is we are one of the fastest
growing country in Asia if not
    the world, thus, our corruption
can't be that bad, cant it?
I am not saying that we shouldn't
do anything about it, but we can't
    spend everything on fighting
corruption. All we have to do is
to knock it down one step at a
time as we move along, but let's
debate about all that after you
tell me about your point F, alright bro?
