KR Tribunal Judges meeting to "hopefully" finalize Tribunal Internal Rules

Cambodian and foreign judges sit together for a meeting in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Monday, June 4, 2007. They sat down together Monday in a weeklong meeting aimed at finalizing rules for guiding the much-delayed genocide trials of former Khmer Rouge leaders blamed for the deaths of 1.7 million people. They are specializing in Talks, Talks, and Talks. They are also major in Delays, Delays, and Delays. And the outcome is "no more funds", and therefore, shelf the case.

Yep, that is a possibility also.

However, getting a fair trial or
getting anything useful from it at
this point in time is not as easy
said than done, with Pol Pot got
    away clean.

    Most likely, Jacques Vergès should
be able to pull a victory for
    the remaining KR leader rather
quickly. He probably got his master
plan perfected long ago, just from
    reading his background on
    Wikipedia.
