Usually Yuon disguise in khmer name. A lots of people in Cambodia can confirm that. Van or Than could be khmer. But when van than come together, it's sound really viet.

Young Khmers, you are unfortunately burdened with the responsibility to deal with this peaceful-looking/tricked-out invasion. Looks like both the Chinese and the US are closing their eyes while manipulating and jockeying for regional domination - a deja vu of some sort.
This picture reminds me of the picture I saw many times on an American war documentary film, where a South Vietnamese officer was shooting the head of a captured Viet Cong at point blank. Both the shooter and the one who got shot looked almost the same, and this guy shares some resemblance.
