Look at Richer San made me remember a naughty guy from Adelaide named Chor Khai Lim. Chor Khai can speak Chinese, Khmer and English fluently. He wanted to be a city mayor but no one voted for him. He often sleep with somone's wives and daughters in Adelaide. At the moment he is in Cambodia as Chea Sim's advisor. He used to kidnapped his friend by taking his friend to a hotel to sleep with a young girl, then he called polices to arest his friend put in custody and then he pretended to be a helper to seek ransome from his friend's relatives and families. Maybe Richer San's behavior is not much different from Chor Khai Lim.
