Of course, this doesn't happen in Cambodia. Some Cambodian people have only medical background, trained during Pol Pot regime, now received a PhD. Cambodian Red Cross, a charitable; humane organisation...is it really?So how much does each of its staff earn to own luxurious cars individually.
