No dog pooping on Hun Sen ... park

khmer are flip-flop, when phnom penh has been ranked as worst city, khmer blames hun sen because his responsible for dust, poop...when hes says no dog poop, you still blame him...
hey, no kidding, owners are supposed to pick up after there dogs! hey, there are law that can fine owners in the the USA or even france if owners don't pick up after their pet! so, it's good that this law is finally catch up in cambodia! god bless cambodia.
