As far as Thai provocative acts are concerned, I prefer RULE-OF-GUN Talking with the Thais as quickly as possible.
Hun Sen seems tired of barking about the border issues with Thais because it is like barking at the air.

You should go the border and visit your very strong and faithful army. They eat meager food, have insufficient pay, not enough ammunitions, old guns, lack of medicines, uniforms, raincaots....... Hopefully they will not drop or sell their guns or beg food from Thai Army at the border.
But If you dont take good care of their living. I think one day they will trade their guns and amunitions for food. And even to sell their spirit and mind to Thais.
Hun Sen, it not time to fix the Blame. It is time to solve the problems. You have fix the problems from its roots.
Forget about your 104 Advisors. They are just dogs. But you should take the advice from Cambodia people.
