At the Joint Border Committee (JBC) meeting held on 06 April 2009 at the Council of Ministers, Thailand border committee admitted that during the 03 April 2009 clash, 22 Thai soldiers died and 27 were injured.

The number has to be true due to the other side walking in while Khmen troops are waiting to nail them down. They can’t down play and deny about the casualty any more.

If Thai doesn't step on Khmer soil, then there will be now clashes in the future. But if they violate and dare to cross on Khmer soil. It's their decision to shoot the intruders ass. Because they don't want to loose another inch to Thailand.
