when will Ta Chan,who directed Toul Sleng before Duch,be arrested as he was discovered by CNN reporter few day ago to answer about his atrocity.

ជួនកាលមនុស្សស្រីអាងខ្លួនធ្វើអ្វីមួយដោយមានខ្នងក៏ធ្វើឲ្យខុសនឹងទម្លាប់ក៏មានដែរ។ដួច្នេះសូមបងប្អូនស្ត្រីកុំធ្វើអ្វីឲ្យហួសព្រុំដែនសូមអរគុណ។
