The defamation lawsuit involving Hun Xen and Mrs. Mu Sochua was heard by the Phnom Penh Municipal court last 24 July, and the sentence was handed down in the morning of Tuesday 04 August. The court ordered Mrs. Mu Sochua to pay 8.5 million riels ($2,125) in fine and she must pay 8 million riels ($2,000) in compensation to Hun Xen.

Phnom Penh Municipal court is nam yang 's court. We will have Phnom Penh Municipal court unless srok Khmer control by Khmer. Mrs. Mu Suchau don't pay yourn's court hun sen collect that money only for yourn. hun sen don't have a brain to do those kind trick but yourn train him ,told him command him to do and he please yourn not Khmer. Let's look at this from a different perspective. Hun Sen got the 8 million riels and Mu Sochua is freed. How could she not be happy? Might I remind you that the private donation or whatever from all the Khmer tools surpassed that, which means she or Sam Rainsy actually made a profit out of this whole thing. Hun Sen and Sam Rainsy and Mu Sochua got all got paid and benefited from this all out of the pockets of Khmer tools that have so much money that they need to give it all away. Keep it up, idiots. While you're being kept thinking you're contributing to any "real" Khmer movement, your indirect or direct benefactors laugh all the way to the bank with your money.

I'd rather spend my money to do real things the benefit the country, not cashing out at some political parties and thinking you're doing your country so much good but the reality is opposite. How much of your donated funds actually go toward the poor? It's kinda ironic and funny isn't it? You care about the poor so much, you decide to give whatever fund you have to politicians instead? And you think you're helping your country? NO sir and ma'am, you're just helping your political colleagues and boosting your ego making yourself feel better to be part of that group by paying your way to be belonged.

See, as I said 10 days ago that "If the Court found the disgrace Mu Sochua not guilty, SRP and its stupid supporters will applause that the Court is independent and impartial, by contract, if the same Court found the disgrace Mu Sochua guilty, SRP and its supporters will point their fingers blame to the Court". Now, it becomes the reality. So, as long as Cambodia's court doesn't give any verdict which is disgrace Mu Sochua wanted, SRP and its supporters will condemn to the Court no matter what they have broken the laws in Cambodia.

In my view, I am sure that she will pay the fine and uses SRP's policy which wants to end this defamation case as an excuse to cover up her coward act.

Let me tell you something for those who read my comment. You are not doing anything good for the country by supporting any group of political party. You're just contributing to a clan of people that you want to be part of. So don't go around thinking like you have done so much for the country with your money when in reality all the money you spent went toward benefiting an exclusive group only.
Stop being a fucking political tool that feel the need to belong so much and be your own independent person. Stop giving money to politician and instead go to build and do shit for the people. That is what contributing to the country really means.
