It depends on the circumstances and or how the person handles. In case of Mu Soc Hua, it's alright for her to pounce Hun Sen but in a civilized, noble manner, and let him be a knee jerk alone.

If the "WORDS OF WISDOM is the title of the book, then why can't it be the BOOK of Wisdom? The two are the same thing.
When you quote something from somebody, you should at least write down the author name.
