Independence from France ... but no independence from Vietnam yet?

What kind of independence, while the Vietcongs can go wherever they desire in Cambodia: from Viet politicians, Viet businesses, Viet secret agents, and Viet citizens.

If they don't stand up for themself no one will. There are over 14,000,000 of them in the country. I believe majority would not like the current ruling government.
