Cambodian needs to promote their role model which can lead them to prosperity and harmony. This prosperity and harmony can only happend when every level of Cambodian can live with peace and security. This peace and security can happend only if there is no landgrabs, no corruption, no poverty and good employment. These landgrabs, corruption, poverty and employment can only exist if there is no more land concession, no more business dealing from public servants, no more eviction of people from their lands and no more central economy. These land concessions can be stopped only there is strong National Institutions to care for the interest of the Nation and the interest for all Cambodian and not for a very few. No more business dealing from public servants can only exist if there is a law banning all public servants to use their positions for interest gain. The country must make it clear between Public sector and private sector ( If you want to have power and authority, you cannot run a business. If you are running a business, you cannot join yourself to work for public life. To make this work, only increase salary to all public servants to a liveable level and to provide them with a life with dignity. To have more employment, we must have full atmosphere of market economy ( not more central economy). Since 1993, Cambodia is still practice central economy and slavery salary. These two fail elements are the cause of all corruptions and all miseries in Cambodia.
