The YOUN government has jammed all the radio from oversea. Thus, an affective way is to broadcast on the Internet and let the people download and distribute to all listeners in Kampuchea-Krom. Vietnam can jam the Radio shortwave, but they cannot stop sending VOKK radio via Internet, email, etc... The more the YOUN government tries to block, the more people will curious to listen.

I was in Kmapuche krom last month I didn't hear I turn in shortwave radio I didn't hear anything what is happening here?
