This is the work of Hun Sen secret deal between him and Vietnam. He might have pocketed millions of dollars from the Viet. So,Hun Sen is the one to blame and also the Viet for taking advantage of the downfall of this nation. However, Viet should know better that, it is illegal to purchase the international property and if they did, it can be confiscated back to its owner, and also could be charged under the international law. In addition, Viet and khmer have had a good relationship with each other for thousand of years until the white colonial and why not continue to work with each other with respectable way?, by creating a common law and common goal to protect everyone equally, including sharing the view of the big pictures of each other nation and country (touring). Please, try to promote peace not war because war can only lead to more destruction. and also in the end the earth does not belong us but we belong to the earth instead. Today,is the twenty first century, let as learn from the past mistakes and turn it into the positive outcome. I know this incident is not Viets' fault but Hun Sen. So again if we want to blame, blame Hun Sen, he is behind this evil act to fill his own pocket and ruined khmer nation as a result of this. Khmer must get up and call out to the international groups for help. Wisdom
