it's better to make it a point to challenge the injustice the law lacks or shows. make clear distinction that she's not fighting with authority, instead, she wants to challenge the insufficient justice that needs many reforms in certain areas, etc... be honest about it and voice and educate that to others, too, so they can understand where you come from. don't expect people to read your mind. be honest and say the truth and know the reality. that's better, really! and when you develop that kind of characteristic, people will recognize you and even respect you for who you are, a champion for justice and reform, perhaps! god bless all.

make it a point what you stand for. develop a good character that people can look up to and respect and recognize, etc... otherwise, you lose the credibility. do stand by your good principle and good morality, good philosophy, etc... yes, everything in life has a good and bad side to them all. please choose wisely. god bless cambodia and all khmer people.

what kind of law is that? why don't you all stick with your old plan? the reason she deos not pay the fine because she is not guilty. your kind of law only work with the poor and powerless one.

i pray God everyday to eliminate your kind of leadership and law so cambodian would have better life.

Please look at the countries around you. they are moving forward for better life for their people and you are moving backward.

"Please look at the countries around you. they are moving forward for better life for their people and you are moving backward."

Moving backward? You seriously need a reality or a check-in mental hospital if you think Cambodia is moving backward. Only cynical political idiots that live in his or her own self-imposed ignorant head can't see how far Cambodia has come since the decade long civil conflict ended.

or are you an ill-informed overseas person to believe everything some political group feeds you? Man, I feel pity for you if you really believe Cambodia is moving backward. Reality check is what you need, Jedi Knight.

when we speak about cambodia, especially people from overseas, please tone down you view on cambodia. cambodia is working hard to better itself. please don't fail to look at cambodia from this perspective as well. of course, cambodia can learn from others fortunate enough to opportunities overseas, whatever that may be, however, i do give cambodia some credit for trying and for reformed in many ways, although cambodia may not act or change as fast as some people expected, etc..., really! but to sound too harsh and too hard on cambodia in itself is never fair. is that why people don't necessarily agreed with you? perhaps! please be considered and do give people and cambodia some credit for reforms and changes, improvements, etc... don't be too hard on yourself. do strick a balance with dealing with cambodia, please! i'm sure most khmer people have same goal, that is to better our country in many ways possible. be patient, please! yes, be proactive and help to encourage changes as we all can use them and need them badly. there are more to cambodia than just you and i, really! think about it, ok!

  13. Two points from this change of strategy of those gangaroo courts: change from personal PM Hun Sen to systematic court.

Now, the issue of personal PM Hun Sen is lower down by dragging kangaroo parliament into the cave of injustice and nepotism like the court...and the national treasury is trying to highlight goodness of systematic court...however, both ways are showing the pressure to the independence and neutrality of the court.

This is ridiculous for those laws enforcers in Cambodia who could only enforce the weaks, but allow the strongs flying like the bird.

But in reality, those laws enforcers are trapping those birds seriously in reverse...I bet!

Khmer proverb said "the dumbs associating with the dumbs will lead to the dumbest..."
