Because SRP MP Mu Sochua refused to pay the compensation fee to Hun Xen as ordered by the court, a judge from the Phnom Penh municipal court issued another order to impound her MP’s salary. Mu Sochua commented that the court can force the impounding of her salary, but it cannot make her change her stance.

A judge from the Phnom Penh municipal court issued an order dated 20 July, ordering the impounding of Mrs. Mu Sochua’s salary to pay for Hun Xen compensation after Mrs. Mu Sochua lost her case and refused to pay the compensation amount. Judge Chea Sok Hieng of the Phnom Penh municipal court issued a decision to impound Mrs. Mu Sochua’s salary at the finance department of the National Assembly (NatAss). The impound amounts to 4.2 million riels per month (~$1,000). According to the judge, Mrs. Mu Sochua would have earned 7.3 million riels (per month) during the pay period ending 15 July 2010, this amount is equivalent to about $1,800.

According to the judge’s decision, the impounding of Mrs. Mu Sochua’s salary will continue until all the compensation amount is recovered. The court earlier issued an order for her to pay 8 million riels in compensation to Hun Xen. The latest court order indicated that Mrs. Mu Sochua must not block, prevent or refuse to have the official in charge of the NatAss pay department from impounding her salary.

Regarding this issue, Mrs. Mu Sochua commented that it was a forced order by the court which she cannot oppose. She indicated that the court can impound her salary, but it does not mean that she agrees to lose her case. She added that she still maintains her stance and she considers the court decision as being unfair. She also called on the court to act independently.

What else is new here? The lowly hunsh*t is a brute once again. What do you expect from a jungle farm boy. Remember he joined the resistant fighter group since he was a mere boy because he simply couldn't make it in the Cambodian society. Hun Sen is nothing but a BIG THIEF who steals money from the lady MuSochu. He steals justice from MuSochu and now he steals the MONEY from MuSochu again. It is only natural that a lowlife HunSh*t steals because he is a lowly dirt anyway. He was beneath the dirt then and now he is beneath the dirt again. MuSochu remains high class, but Hun Sh*t is still a stinky thief. Lol. Since the money from MuSochu is cursed, Hun Sh*t will eat sh*t soon. Go ahead take MuSochu's cursed money and enjoy it in hell, you thief of ordinary Cambodian people.

MP Mu Sochua - when you mentioned about "your right" don't expect this robber stamp parliament to understand that. Most of their membes used to deal with animals in jungle. Event nowaday, after 30 years from hibernation in jungle, they still did not learn anything about human being. They still treat people the same level as animal. So you can imagine how low they are. I visited Cambodia few times in the past and noticed every I went to I saw those CEE PEE PEE members interacted each other like animals, event lower then animals in the west. So I never wonder why most of KI readers call them " AH POURK SVA"

Do you still get your MP salary when you go out of the country for extended periods of time to address those who have paid to see you? And during those times never participate in the committees in the NA you have been assigned to nor attend NA meetings to vote on important issues.

Hun Sen take side with US so that it is easy for US send him to international court in the future. Look at Noriega of Panama and Osama Binladen are examples, Akwak.

I think the end-game is at its ending point. So, don't over do it, Ms. Mu. Start from where it is now, and go on to another chapter. You lived in the U.S. long enough to understand the power of the court. The Hun Sen's clique is not stupid. When they use the court mechanism to impose the latest strategem, they know that it is the final play, and you are "Oss krolar deur heuy", to use the chess analogy.

Hun Sen is no Marco, a corrupted dictator, yet a committed anti-communist to uncle Sam. At the end, he had to go. As for Ah Kbot cheat Hun Sen, its day will end the same way as Noriega, Suharto,or Marco. Mark my words, the grenade attack of 1997 will come back to haunt you as it has no statue of limitation on crime against humanity. Remember, crime against humanity.

In USA the court alway order companies which employ or do abusiness with a person who not comply with court's order to hold or get part of the salary to pay for the victime or to court.

But the deduction should be small so the person can survive no going hungry!

If a country jailling all people who refuse to pay by court oder the prison would be fool with people who crime need not to be jaile and the state and victime, and alse the disobediance would lost money!

Thant the hold country would lost income and manpower!
