Ah Hor 5 Hong doen't understand the international law. How can he be a Khmer FM?
If he so sure that those two Thai are terrorist and violated Cambodian Immigrant's law, he first should order to arrest them put them in jail and try them in Cambodia with Cambodian court and extradite to Thai if they were requested. What Cambodian has done is violated to international law as suggested by UN rep.
