Hor Namhong (Cambodia) on the Cambodian-Thai border - Security Council Media Stakeout

Informal comments to the media by H.E. Mr. Hor Namhong, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia on the situation on the border between Cambodia and Thailand.
Thais yellow and red shirts are stage a demonstration in Bang Kok asking the removal of their prime minister as Hor Nam Hong and Kasit Piromya are present their cases against each other to the UN.
If the Thai losses this bout, Thai soldiers will step in to stage a coup against Abishit' government to save Thai Face on international stage.
Cambodia don' t have such a mechanism to save face, if they loss, they will loss, It' s one man, Hun Sen' s, show.

The Hun Sen's campaign to the UNSC has failed based on Hor Nam Hong's interview. No one wants to listen on the Hun Sen's incompetent argument. It is time that Khmer must rise against the Thais.
Khmer Global protest must start now! The protest must be conducted in front Thai Embassies around the world. Khmer must must stop buying Thai products in order to boycott their evil acts against Khmer.

I have been in the UNITED STATES for 24years ,I had been in the court so many times I found my self in the troubles while I had done anything wrong ,this not included my good back ground of keeping the files in orders. What is UN the law for ??? when you use a prohibited weapons such as the cluster bombs and the UN did Shit all. So why stop the Iranian making the nuclear bomb when the UN could not even stop the cluster bomb from the Thai.
I think the UN should look at its roll again and make sure that the use of the band weapons such as cluster bombs should be responsible and charge with war crime. That is if the UN wants every countries to take it seriously, other wise there will be no respect for the UN .

According to the UN, Cambodia and Thailand have not signed the Convention on Cluster Munitions which prohibits the use of cluster bombs.
Thailand and Cambodia are not among the 43 countries that have ratified the Convention on Cluster Munitions, which has taken effect since August 1, 2010, and bans the stockpiling, use and transfers of existing cluster bombs and provides for the clearing up of unexploded munitions.
So,Thai and khmer can be used anything to win the war.
If the Thai use band weapons Cambodian should use band weapon too such as toxic gas weapons that will show the UN if the Thai did it we will do it too.

Cluster bombs user should be charge with war crime.

UN should investigate and charge those who responsible for the use of such weapons.
