Petition to Ban Ki-Moon regarding the Paris Peace Agreements on Cambodia

Petition to Ban Ki-Moon, Secretary General of United Nations: During the demonstration, the petition was hand delivered by Visal Ros to the direct staff from the Secretary General office at a brief meeting at the United Nations Headquarters.
