I would also add that the Cambodian public is also to be blamed for the indifference they show to social injustice. There has been not much public outcry or even a small one and that is why the Hun Sen government can get away with murder.

WHERE IS THE US EMBASSY IN PHNOM PENH?
Don't understand why the cops do not think about those children are special and our future. It is very unusual for the stupid and cheaply paid Khmer cops/polices to hit those children who are very innocent.

Yes, those cops are very dumb and stupid. They need to go school and training classes before they do the services to the country. Looking at America and EU, their cops or polices are very good and very well educated.
Those unrest situations have been coming from illegal Vietnamese/Yuon CPP tycoons or crooks in Cambodia and those illegal thieves or officials under the Hun Sen's stinky leadership have always manipulated Khmer cops to hit their own innocent children and displaced people after they were robbed and cheated.
Ah Sen, ah Sim, ah Rin, and ah Sdach do you know who have a big smile seeing your cops beating and kicking Khmer kids like this? Answer that question ah stupids killers.

They do what they do as a direct result of their emotions and animal instinct. Their generals have little or no training in leadership. Their positions are bought...not earned. Cambodian police only know how to accept bribes and drink alcohol while on duty. When not on duty, they either get drunk and fight with one another or go to brothels. The policemen also work as personal bodyguard to Hun Sen's cronies. Police in Cambodia is a joke. They couldnt even prevent the bridge tragedy from happening. So simple!

I would also add that the Cambodian public is also to be blamed for the indifference they show to social injustice. There has been not much public outcry or even a small one and that is why the Hun Sen government can get away with murder.
In Cambodia the thinking for many Cambodians is as long as it does not affect me directly, life goes on as usual and that is certainly "Charet Khmer".
Imagine this kind of injustice happening in America and the western world and you would see so much outpouring of support from the public and condemnation of the authority!
Ignorance and indifference to societal problems and unwillingness to help poor affectecd people are one of the keys to successful dictatorship in Cambodia from one regime to the next.

Cambodians are always satisfied with the status quo that others put in place. They have a hard time accepting change and never question nor challenge authority. Cambodians would rather squabble with one another over scraps and bones rather than deal with greater outside threats. Cambodians will allow outsiders to help them and meddle with their sovereignty just to win over something petty with another Cambodian. Cambodians are also way too superstitious and gullible that they will never reason nor use logic to solve things. You can tell Cambodians about false rumors and he/she would believe it in a heartbeat. Also, instead of actually doing something about a problem, Cambodians would rather spend all of their time praying and cursing. With Cambodians, it is hopeless. Why call yourself Cambodian when all you have is greed, ignorance and no spine? Why do you call yourself Cambodian when you allow the dignity of your nation to be pissed and shit upon like a cheap prostitute.

Our fellow Khmers have been brainwashed for many generations. Their mindset is,"if it ain't me who cares". Even many overseas Khmers behave the same as you can tell by some of these blogging. Just sad. To top it off I am American born and I can see this throughout my Khmer community's.
