គ. រដ្ឋសភាជាតិបានបោះឆ្នោតដកលោកចេញនៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០១១ ក្រោយពេលដែលលោកបានចាញ់ ការតវ៉ាទាំងអស់របស់លោកប្រឆាំងទៅនឹងការកាត់ទោសលោកពីបទដកតំរុយព្រំដែន ដែលបានត្រូវដាក់ ដោយគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនរួមកម្ពុជា-វៀតណាម។ លោកហៅការកាត់ទោសទាំងនេះថា «ការដាក់ទោស ផ្នែកនយោបាយ» ប៉ុន្តែតើលោកអាចដកស្រង់ប្រទេសណាមួយនៅក្នុងពិភពលោក ដែលសមាជិកសភា ឬ នរណាផ្សេងទៀត ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យដកតំរុយព្រំដែន ដែលបានដាក់ដោយគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនដែល បង្កើតឡើងស្របច្បាប់នោះ?

ReplyDeleteRainsy ne fait que défendre l’intérêt du peuple Khmer.Pourquoi il a enlevé des bornes Frontière Khmer-Youn? car les Hun Sen a cédé la terre, mer des Khmers aux Youns. Il est le représente du peuple Khmer tout entier. Il est légitime qu'un député Khmer qui veille suivre attentivement la violation de la part des Youns comme le cas du 7 janvier 19979. Rainsy est un des victimes par Hun Sen et Youn.
On voit bien la finalité est de positionner le Cambodge et les Khmers dans une situation où ils deviennent acteurs majeurs, voire principaux mais inconscients, dans la mise en œuvre de la vision vietnamienne de l’Indochine. Or celle-ci correspond malheureusement à une Indochine dans laquelle le Cambodge n’existe plus en tant que nation indépendante.
Ainsi le traitement déséquilibré des questions frontalières conduit à la situation dans laquelle le Cambodge se refuse le droit qui lui a été accordé par les Accords de Paix de Paris de 1991, de renier unilatéralement tout traité inégal, et à s’engager dans des négociations bilatérales avec ses voisins, puissants et dominateurs, mettant en danger sa souveraineté et son intégralité nationale. La conséquence immédiate est la signature d’un MoU dans le quel le Cambodge accepte de mettre sur la table des négociations tous les traités délimitant ses frontières avec la Thaïlande, puis d’un traité frontalier cédant tout simplement des territoires au Vietnam.

Citizen shall have constitutional protection and rights to raise matter of national interests and concerns to the Government apparatus or its agents.
Sam Raingsy did not receive a full due process and propre representation in court and legislative committee before the rubber stamp Nat Ass took action against him.
By all means, Sam Raingsy still can sue the Nat Ass in violation of his constitutional immunity and inviolable rights, not to say his citizenship rights, as a member of the legislative body.
