Dear Readers,
Whilst ‘Heng Soy’ and the rest of ‘his’ entourage are
convalescing in Dubai, leaving non-professionals like School of Vice to hold
the fort, it is with great sense of unease and trepidation that we ask readers
to bear with us. School of Vice – for one - will try to keep this website as
respectable and “lively” as possible in their annual absence, [although knowing
School of Vice, this could be more of a threat than a blessing to all that is worthwhile
about KI Media!]. By the time the Heng Soy entourage will have return from their
cruise to Dubai, the good [and so far unblemished] reputation of this great
news institution could well be in ruins, and School of Vice himself could then face
the inevitable fate of being ex-communicated or sent into infinite exile . . .
So here’s something to pass the time by.
Any unreasonable complaints, however, and School of Vice will not hesitate to post more of those video
clips of “traditional Cham dance”, or Vietnamese opera as legitimate reprisals!!

ReplyDeleteHaving read your writings posted on KI Media and Khmerization websites and having also seen how you have participated willingly and diligently in bringing us news and also sharing your ideas on various issues, I have come to respect and trust your ability and for that reason have become unknowingly one of your fans!
Today you have brought me back to Cambodia of the 60s and early 70s with 2 of Mr. In Yeng's songs for which I want to say "Thank You". It is nice to hear these old songs and reminisce about Cambodia of the past.
Though Mr. Lon Nol is not the kind of leader I would consider great, "Dong Steung Aranh" by Mr. Ing Yeng always reminds me of Khmer Republic and, of course, my old friends most of whom died tragically under the KR regime.

Well, I have to ask to disagree with you on the above statement. I think you are too humble! You have done so far a very good job and so keep up the good work.
I knew so well that Mr. Heng Soy and KI Team would leave you behind to take care of this website while they are on a joyful trip that I urged them in my earlier comment to somehow find way to take you along as well since you also deserve a good holiday; well it turns out that they did not take heed of my request, I will have to complaint seriously when Mr. Heng Soy comes back from his holiday to Dubai.
I do not know how old you are, but suspect that you are of a younger generation. It is amazing to see younger people like you having so much interest, concern, passion and love for Cambodia, our tragic country even though you are growing up in a new foreign land. Your parents need to be commended for your passion and love for Cambodia.
Take it easy on yourself; you have done a great job and I have no slightest complaint whatsoever.

There is no need to ask School of Vice to explain it since I find it very difficult to believe that someone won't understand such a simple and common-sense saying so don't make it like a big and difficult puzzle!

If we all write to the US govt to complain about Hem Heng's communist activities outside his diplomatic duty, the US govt will investigate and kick him out. He is an ambassador, if he come to America to stir up trouble among American citizens (Khmer-Americans) then the US govt. will take action against communist Hem Heng. Please write to your Congressmen and Senator and the US govt. to complain about Hem Heng's communist activities in America. What he is doing is causing division and fighting in within the American society (Khmer community).
