And what Buddha says about some people could not sit they can stand or cross your legs when you are sitting and listen to the Buddha teaching or when the Buddha gives some sermons to the people it's doesn't matter. Especially when you listen to Achar or monks that they gonna gives some lecture or speech i think the important things you have to purity your mind firt in order to get what you to accomplish or it could be what you want to be and also send the messages to someone that passed away.That is the best way to do in Buddism.

២-សារឥសូរ៖
មុននឹងសូត្រសូមលើកដៃទាំងពីរដាក់ស្មើបបូរមាត់ ហើយទើបសូត្រថា៖
«ផលបុណ្យទាំងនេះ កើតជាសម្តី មានឫទ្ធិបារមី មហស្ចារ្យក្រៃ រុញច្រានសេចក្តីប្រាថ្នា ដើម្បីជួយខ្មែរនិងយកទឹកដីខ្មែរដែលបាត់បង់ដ៏យូរលង់មកឲ្យខ្មែរវិញយ៉ាងសក្តិសិទ្ធិ។»
៣-សរព្រះនារាយណ៍៖
មុននឹងសូត្រត្រូវធ្វើកាយវិការដូចហនុមានប្រុងវាយសត្រូវ ឈរជើងកន្ធែកចេញ ដៃឆ្វេងក្តាប់ហើយច្រត់ ចង្កេះ ជើងឆ្វេងឈានទៅមុខ ហើយប្រើម្រាមដៃស្តាំ ចង្អុលមុខ ដោយផ្តោតអារម្មណ៍ទៅលើឈ្មោះ ឬមុខ ពួកជនក្បត់ជាតិ ខ្ញុំកញ្ជះបរទេស ។ល។ សូមសូត្រថា៖
«យើងនឹងដាក់បណ្តាសាពួកអាឯង អាហ៊ុនសែន អាជាស៊ីម អាហេងសំរិន អាសុខអាន អាសុខគង់ គឺ ឲ្យពួកអាឯងខ្វាក់ភ្នែកនិងឆ្កួតល្ងីល្ងើ ភ្លេចមុខភ្លេចក្រោយ យ៉ាងទាន់ហន់។»
៤-សារព្រះវិស្ណុ៖
មុននឹងសូត្រ សូមលាដៃឆ្វេងចេញ ហើយធ្វើកាយវិការធម្មតា តែត្រូវចងចិត្តឲ្យរឹងប៉ឹង។ សូមសូត្រថា៖ «បណ្តាសាយើងនេះមានតែតួ អង្គគ្រាប់ខ្សាច់ ទើបដោះបណ្តាសានេះបាន។»
របៀបធ្វើកិច្ចពិធីនេះមានដូចតទៅ៖
ក. ត្រូវមុជ ឬ ងូតទឹកជម្រះកាយឲ្យបានស្អាត។ ចូរតាំងចិត្តឲ្យបានមោះមុត។ មិនត្រូវនិយាយលេងសើចឬ ជន្លគ្នាលេងឡើយ ។ល។
ខ. ត្រូវរៀបចំធ្វើនៅថ្ងៃ ពេញបូណ៌មី ខែទុតិយាសាឍ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០១២។
គ. ត្រូវសូត្របួងសួងឲ្យបាន១ថ្ងៃ ម្តង ឬច្រើនជាងនេះបើធ្វើទៅបាន ហើយក្នុងការសូត្របួងសួងម្តងៗនោះត្រូវសូត្រឲ្យបាន ៣ចប់។ អាចធ្វើពិធីបួងសួងនេះ នៅគ្រប់ទីកន្លែង និងនៅគ្រប់ពេលវេលា។ អាចអុជធូបមួសរសៃក៏បាន មួយក្តាប់ក៏បានតាមលទ្ធភាព។ បើអត់មានធូបដុតស្មៅដុតចំបើងក៏បាន ឬក៏ឧបកិច្ចយ៉ាងណាតាមកាលៈទេសៈ ជុំគ្នាក៏បាន មិនជុំគ្នាក៏បាន តាមការគួរដើម្បីសុវត្ថិភាព។
ការហាមឬ ត្រណម
*មិនត្រូវជេរម្តាយគេ។
*មិនត្រូវស្តោះទឹកមាត់ដាក់លាមកឬដាក់បង្គន់ដាច់ខាត។
*មិនត្រូវយកវិធីទាំងនេះ ទៅប្រើ ដើម្បីប្រយោជន៍ផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន ខុសបែបបទ ជាដាច់ខាត ព្រោះនឹងនាំឲ្យមានអន្តរាយ ឬគ្រោះថ្នាក់ដល់ខ្លួនឯងវិញ។
*សូមអស់លោកអ្នកបងប្អូនខ្មែរមេត្តាព្យាយាមផ្សព្វផ្សាយប្រាប់ តៗ គ្នាឲ្យបានដឹងឮកាន់តែច្រើនកាន់តែល្អដើម្បី ជួយសង្គ្រោះប្រទេសជាតិយើងឲ្យផុតពីគ្រោះថ្នាក់ទាន់ពេលវេលា ហើយសូមជួយអនុវត្តតាមវិធី ដូចជម្រាបជូនខាងលើនេះ ឲ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវដើម្បី ឲ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធិភាព ១០០%។
