The top picture looks a lot like Daphene, from a Khmer mother and a French father. She is 24 now. She is a student of a prestige Engineering school and also a model in France. The bottom picture is not Khmer.
Theay Seng should enjoy the momeny of her life since she is still alive. Reduce the size of her nostrils she will be a sexy petite woman like Bopha Devi in old day.
