(VOV) - State President Truong Tan Sang has reaffirmed Vietnam’s policy of nurturing the neighbourliness, traditional friendship and comprehensive cooperation with Cambodia.
Mr Sang made the statement at a meeting with King Norodom Sihamoni, who is paying a state visit to Vietnam from September 24-26.
President Sang congratulated Cambodia on its significant achievements and said he believes that, under the sound leadership of the royal family and the government, Cambodia will be able to maintain national security and political stability, achieve high economic growth, improve people’s living conditions, and increase its role in regional and international arenas.
King Sihamoni thanked the Vietnamese Party, State, Government and people for their assistance to Cambodia during its struggle for national independence and ongoing process of national construction and development.
Both host and guest said they are pleased with the development of the long-lasting friendship and effective cooperation between Vietnam and Cambodia in the past and agreed to strengthen their bilateral relationship for mutual benefit, and for the sake of peace, stability, cooperation and development in the region and the world.
President Sang took the opportunity to send his best wishes to other members of the Cambodian royal family.
On the same day, King Sihamoni met with Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, who praised the multifaceted relationship between the two countries that has benefitted both of them.
Highlighting the great potential and strengths of both countries, which could complement each other, PM Dung said that Vietnam will do its best to deepen bilateral relations in economics, trade, investment, education, training, culture, and national defence for mutual benefit.
The Government leader said he hopes that King Norodom Sihamoni will back cooperation, as well as Vietnam-Cambodia border demarcation, in order to build a peaceful, cooperative, and friendly border for common development.
He asked Cambodia to continue helping search for and repatriate the remains of Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and experts and create favourable conditions for Vietnamese expatriates to settle into their new society.
King Norodom Sihamoni conveyed best wishes from the Cambodian royal family and leaders to PM Dung and other Vietnamese leaders. He also said Vietnam’s recent socio-economic achievements offer considerable encouragement for Cambodian people in their cause of national construction and development.
The king thanked Vietnam for its assistance to Cambodia’s national development and expressed his belief that the bilateral relationship between the two countries will continue to grow and flourish.

She was NOT born in Prey Nokor nor Ho Chi Minh City. She was born in southern state of France, her own country.
Viets, Cambodians and Lao each lost the country to French. The three states belonged to France. French built their Capital in South, built schools, hospitals and port easy to land and leave.
Prey Nokor was the name of that place that owned by Khmers, but when French conquered the three nations became French Colony.
After French defeated, that land changed name to Saigon again under US, then when after the US withdrew after the agreement to allow China takes over (Top secret between Zhou En Lai and Kissinger in Top Secret Document), China secretly sold to Ho Chi Minh/Pham Van Dong for a highest price, two islands. Now that land changed a new name to Ho Chi Minh City.

Loser Norodumb Monique Sihanouk was born in Prey Norkor which is the current Ho Chi Min City (period).
Monique mother was a Viet. Her father side is half loser French and half loser Itilian.
French and Itilian lose war during WWII and did not even put up some fight with German. Poor Polish people were done better in fighting with the German than the loser French and Itilian.

The land you claimed "Prey Nokor" owned by Khmers before, but Khmers lost it to Yuon named Nguyen. (In the history that cannot be disputed.)
Then Nguyen lost to French. The French took it, so French combined Lao, Cambodia and Yuon to ONE nation called French Colony which belonged to France. (In the History cannot be disputed.)
She was born in her own country (French Colony) known as the LOST Prey Nokor and the Lost Saigon.
How could she born in Prey Nokor when the land already lost to French? How could she born in Ho Chi Minh City if Yuon communist had not conquered that land at the time she was born? At the time she was born, that land was no longer Prey Nokor nor Saigon, it was French land.
How can her mother (Pomme Peang) Yuon when she was Khmer? Where is the DNA that you can prove her mother was Yuon.

Debating with References (documents from scholars) is the most effective thing, gaining wisdom and becoming wiser, but debating with hate/insulting/cursing will lead us to a self-destruction.

Sihamoni is sweet and nice but he lacks the courage to stand up for his nation like his young brother (Norindarapong) who quarreled with his father (Sihanouk) and later died after he renounced Yuon in his country and blamed his father for ignoring the Yuon problems.

The last time Chinese helped Yuon to take South in exchange for islands, so China ordered Sihanouk to help by allowing Yuon to ship supplies sent from China to South through Lao and Cambodia (I read from a top secret document).
Then China got two islands (Paracels & Spratley), Yuon got South, Khmer Communists won by the helps from Yuon who fought Lon Nol side by side, then Yuon and Chinese factions were inside Cambodia and so they fought and killed. At the end Pol Pot was sweetly executed by Yuon through arsenic.
We lost more than 3 million lives, still Yuon-Chinese games again.

For the record in KI, I am debating with references to support my comment, why cannot you do the same beside violent behavior/insulting? I also would like to remind you that do not guess who is who, female or male behind the computers. You will never know who is it?
