He was born in 1961 and finished high school study in Cambodia in 1975, which means he obtained his high school diploma in 1974 since the KR took power in April so there was no high school diploma exam in 1975.
This fact is quite questionable! It is certainly impossible!
It usually took 13 years to complete Cambodian high school from grade 12 all the way to grade "Terminal"!

Vietnam shoud pay back to Cambodian both the capital and interest, Thach Ngoc Thatch said,
When Japan invaded China and killed Chinese people in the world War II, latter Japan paid back and compensated Chinese death, 1 body must pay more than millions dollar US.
How aobut Vietnam founded Khmer Rouge and killed Cambodian people more than 3 millions people and founded K-5 plan killed hundred thousand of Cambodia, How much shoud Vietnam compensate Cambodia?

Mr.Ho Chi Min does not have a diploma or Ph-D a Doctors degree,but he can Swallowed Indo china,Laos and Cambodia.
Mr.Hun Sen never went to school,but he has too many Ph-D.
He betrayed and killed too many Cambodian People.
