It is ridiculous .The answer is: $ 1,500,000,000 will be transferred to the evil Hanoi to keep ah Hun Sen to be prime Minister for life, if not he and his family will be dead. To solve this problem Hun Sen and his clans need to be dead. Drag them to ICC or commit suicide attack to the evil compounds everywhere. Evils do not need and care about anybody else but themselves.
