Okay Somdach, when you get to
Japan, see if you can ask them
to help us with some super heavy-
    duty excavators to help accelerate
    our irrigation works. If
successful, we might see a great
surplus of 30% or more of our
    farming goods. This accomplishment
should help greatly in the 2008's
    election.

    Good luck!

    Long Live CPP.

I will tell you as a business minded person! AH HUN SEN is the easiest to deal with when talking about business that take advantage of million and million of dirt poor Camboidan people!!!!ahahah
The time is now if anybody want to do business in Cambodia!!!I mean where do you find a businessman like AH HUN SEN who is willing to sign land contract for 99 years!

For 99 years land contract, I can bring in my entire family and settle on the fucken land and pretend to do shit and at the end of 99 years and I will put up my own flag and proclaim independent nation from Cambodia!!!ahahhahahhah

Sorry folk! AH HUN SEN will be long gone and he won't be witnessing anything dramatic!ahahah

Too bad, that you don't know what
the real world is all about, Dude.
    In capitalist, no bussiness will
pay you anything if they can find
others to work cheaper. On the
    contrary, however, they will offer
you better deal when they can't
find others to do the job, whatever
    it may be.

The 99 years land contracts is no
concern right now. The more we
have the more they employed people.
Soon, they will have a hard time
    finding people, and they will
    started to offer people better
    deal. Furthermore, these
    contractors are experts with solid
    proven background from Hong Kong,
    Malaysian, Japan, Korea, ... .
Therefore, I don't see nothing but
    bright future for Cambodia here.

    To 4:53PM!

Oh? Bright future for Cambodia? Who are you joking with? AH HUN SEN sell Cambodian Island for 300 million for 99 years contract?? Does this make sense to you?

How many homeless Cambodian people do you want to create from your 99 years land contract???

Yeh...Yeh....I know that Chinese had been waiting for 99 years just to get back Hong Kong from the British! Does this mean that Cambodian people will have to wait 99 years to get back their land?

How many more Cambodian people do you plan to displace because of this stupid 99 years land contract?
Cambodia is such a small country!
