    Sacrava:
i know your cartoons have been left up to audience to interpret, but this i have some problem.
Khmer people wants to have hold of a dove with an olive branch, democracy,
but they are tied down the influence and yoke of being in the communist sphere and interference of Hanoi.

Siv Chan, is the Cambodian/American who holds up the dove. Why does Siv Chan hold up the dove and brag about himself? What does that mean? Can you give more information about who is Siv Chan and his importance for me to further understand the meaning behind this?

From my point of view, Mr Siv was a public servant of USA. He was appointed by USA President to work for USA affairs. Therefore we cannot expect from him very much to do all affairs for Cambodia. Even so, we must also feel our pride from him as he is a Cambodian origine who has worked in a foreign country to that high position. We must give him an Honour instead of blaming him everything. THe person we should blame is Cambodian Prime Minister who has been represented Cambodia but has failed to make Cambodia for a better place for everyone.Area prey

Wrong, Khmer in Cambodia is doing
    better than Ah Khmer-Gringoes
    elsewhere. Most importantly, they
    accomplished everythin on their
own merits, not by sucking on the
    taxpayers hard works.
