The drawing absolutely illustrates the truths occuring in Cambodia especially when the border dispute has errupted and how Cambodia has taken slow ineffective reactions to the Siam encroachment.
If not many khmers concern all around the corners of the country or with the assistance of khmers oversea, those contested areas would be successfully claimed as Siam territories and propaganda media machines would resort to calling "the land recession or ceding land" to Siam as peaceful long-term relationship. SICK SIC!!
I really admire the hard work, effort and the brain to produce such informative, and realistic illustration.
