Therefore all criminal activities from 2002 until today would be investigated by the ICC such as killings and stealing of people land resulting in making people to suffer. Come round and go round. Each people is setting his own destiny. If you have killed someone, offcourse, you will end up in jail. If you cannot be arrested by humanity, the sky will judge you like the case of Hok Lundy.
