Mu Sochua answered her case at the Phnom Penh Municipal Court
SRP MP Mu Sochua showed up in Phnom Penh Court without defense lawyer and she chose to use her right to remain silent during the trial on July 24, 2009.
One eyed hyena blinked with his good eye. here is one lady who stood up to a murderer. Keep up the pressure, one eyed hyena feels threatened with the economic and financial crisis.

Your deeds will not go unpunished. In due time you will be judged and punished and pay back the price of your injustice. Look at Duch. your due time is near, very near, and the price you will pay back will be hundred folds. Your family will continue to pay for you also.No one will escape. If you cannot judge to give justice to your fellow people, you should at least know how to judge for yourself and for your own justice.
They are testing the water... The verdict will be based on how much support and pressure she has from all of us. The more support and pressure she get both and abroad the better outcome her verdict will be... Please do your best to support her... What she is doing will benefit for all of us and the future of our children.

I think the kangaroo court in Phnom Penh is waiting to see the re-action from the public and the world on Mu Sochua's case that's why they delay the verdict till August 4 . According to what I have seen, there was no Hun Sen supporter in front of the court , even Ky Tech didn't want to show his face to public . I am wondering why .

Mu Sochua is no dumb woman, she is a highly educated woman from the US, and without a lawyer to represent her in Hun Sen's court, she knew how to stand her ground. I am sure her many US lawyers' friends may have advised her what to say or what not to say.
She deals with Hun Sen's court not an independent court, and Hun Sen is a dictator Prime Minister of Cambodia and now he is a victim of (Hun Sen is a victim? but he claimed he is. In Cambodia when Hun Sen wants something Hun Sen gets it).
Should Hun Sen's court find her guilty for not answering those questions? It depends, and while the whole world is watching Hun Sen's court and Hun Sen is the Prime Minister, he has to makes a decision. Everything in Cambodia, Hun Sen owned and he makes decisions. It'd be a laughable to see Hun Sen's court send a defendant to jail for just alledge dafamation? All Hun Sen's court can do is to make her to pay a compensation to the (victim Hun Sen) who has billion of USD stealing from Khmer people that's it.

I totally aree with you. PM Hun Sen won't be that stupid to put her in jail. Sam Rainsy had already known that and provided an easy way out for both of them by declaring that the party would pay the fine and move on.
Mu Sochua would gain politically in western politics with her move to sue PM Hun Sen, but in Cambodia I doubt it makes any difference to the people. They may admire her courage to put the corrupt justice system in the spotlight or on trial and secretly support her, but at the end of day, they will be with the PM just to move on with their lives and they don't want any problems.
The point here is not about guaranteeing your selfishness of wanting a place in heaven, but to exercise the virtues that provide peaceful existence even in the her-and-now world. Christianity is about salvation, love and forgiveness. Budhhism is about tolerance, detachment from impernant worldly desires, and righteous living.
It is not about indulging a few buddhist sangha (monks) and praying to Buddha so that you can beat your enemy or competitors so that you could become richer, because you can be 1000% sure your alleged enemy and competitors are doing exactly the same or more to get Buddha or Jesus to be on their side. So, the conflicts will continue to perpetuate.
Whether it is Jesus way, or Buddha's way, a true believer would find some degree of peace. And, the same for the humanists, too.
It is about the rightousness that will help us resolve our human conflicts, NOT about us individual being a righteous person because each one of us believes in some kind of god/religion.

Incidentally, in your spare time, learn how to use a hyphen correctly. Also, you need to develop your writing skill in a sophisticated way, which, of course, will make you somewhat intelligent. Again, If your writing were near anything, it was mediocrity.
