It has become the fourth time this year that the useless parliamentarians under the armpit of CPP have voted to lift the Opposition´s immunity by ignoring the priceless role and commitment of the Opposition to serving the country as stipulated in the constitution.
Below is the statement of one of those traitors claimed regarding his views in the lifting of the immunity of MP Sam Rainsy:
As the Opposition, MP Sam Rainsy has to fulfill his duty in such a way which guarantteed by our constitution. In that sense, the National Assembly (NA) should ask Mr Va Kimhong, the President of Cambodian National Border Committee (CNBC), to investigate the incident and explain it to the NA and the nation.
In the investigation, to be sure, NA must make clear that Mr Va Kimhong not use the unconstitutional treaties with Vietnam when Cambodia was under its control such as the treaties of 1979, 1982, 1983 and 1985, and as well as the newly signed 2005-supplemental treaty.
Whether the investigation would have made and found that the border posts were correctly or incorrectly installed, the CNBC just reinstall them and clear all the minsunderstandings to the nation in solidarity and for national interest because it is in its capacity and responsibility in making the people understand about the process, negotiating with neighbouring countries, and installing the border posts. And MP Sam Rainsy must be free in performing his duty as usual.
In short, according to Hou Sry´s claim and the action of the lifting immunity of the Opposittion committed by the CPP´s majority in the NA, we Cambodians should clearly have understood that those CPP majority are the REAL MAJORITY TRAITORS against our country.

Or is he just an elementary kid like Hun Sen, Heng Samrin, and Chea Sim who fortunatedly installed to the posts?

We all know that yuons force Hun Sen to do this and if he doesn’t do it yuons will kill him or put him in jail like they did to Chan Si or Pen Sovann. If we want Hun Sen to disobey Hanoi, the first thing we do is to hit back at yuons, not at Hun Sen.

Lets see the outcome from the Sva Rieng court. This is a good test for the King to see how he reacts to this. SR's action was truely as a Khmer nationalist who loves and cares about the country's sovereingty. He just tried to protect the poor Cambodia who are lossing land to the Viet.
ReplyDeleteAs the heard of the Supreme Court, the King should call for to create a group as suggested by MP Son Chhay to do a proper investigation on this matter.
Time is running out, it's no use to debate who's right or wrong but it's time for Sam Raingsy to start consult other international countries especially China regarding Arms Struggle against current regime as I am sure a lot of Cambodians will be behind him or anyone that could come up with a front against CPP; This is the time whenever a population is unhappy with their rulers, it's the time that the ruler will be defeated just like Khmer Rouge vs. the Vietnamese now it's the actual Cambodians against the Vietnamese. Do it. no other way out.
ReplyDeleteMr. Rainsy could become the next PM if he has the gut. Go to China and ask for arm support, and then go to the jungle to start a revolt. Khmers everywhere will take part in the struggle. The question will Mr. Rainsy have enough courage to do that or will someone else take his place to lead the struggle.

Where Sam Rainsy should go during the court trial and parliamentarian immunization lifting?
The simplest answer is to stay away from those politically motivated and Vietnamese plans.
* In order to shut up the mouth of Cambodians, to threaten, to quickly proceed its encroaching and test its authority inside CPP, Vietnam has planned to put those 6 sticks in the farm land of Cambodians when realized that Sam Rainsy will lead the Kathin there.
* Under its satellite team work, Vietnam has expected to throw one stone but kill two birds: to test its power inside CPP and threaten Cambodian people in the whole country in expressing their opinion regarding border encroachment of Vietnam.
* Vietnam has well perceived that 99% of mass media (TVs, Radio, Newspapers) in Cambodia are owned by the CPP to effectively manipulate Cambodian people.
* CPP has tried to degrade political popularity of Sam Rainsy by demoralizing as runny away (or hit and run) etc. But major Cambodian people have realized well the biased court, politcally motivated court of Cambodia government, and the human rights violation of Cambodia prison.

RFA asked Xam RainXy a simple question that "Will he come back to Cambodia to face the Court if Parliament lift his immunity?". He didn't answer the question but at the same he tried to say something which irrelevant to the question, aim to cover up his coward act. What is a funny politician?
ReplyDeleteSince he pulled off the six poles near Vietnam's border, he always says all along that he doesn't afraid at all if the government sues him, but right now, he can't even step his foot in Cambodia.
As I am often said that Xam RainXy is brave only in front of microphone but in real life, he likes a rat runs around asking other people to help him whenever his political stunt get backfire.
Xam RainXy should go to Thailand and asks his ally (Abhisit and PAD) for helping him.
