Here let me break it down: Var Kimhong repeatedly accept the map provided by Sam Rainsy but at the same time he call Sam Rainsy names over and over. Then he started talking about the technical issues about the map and the GPS. Then he contradicting himself over and over again, calling Sam Rainsy names and then accept the map provided by Sam Rainsy. If Var Kimhong agrees with the map provided by Sam Rainsy so why is there a discrepancy?? How come Var Kimhong cannot even explain why some Khmer villages that were inside Cambodia during the Sihanouk era are now found inside Vietnam instead? Var Kimhong himself said that the border markers planted in Khmer farmers' ricefields are already agreed by the border committees of Cambodia and Thailand, so why now Var Kimhong says that border markers planted in Cambodia's ricefields are not yet agreed by both countries? So how come the sudden change of position from Var Kimhong. Var Kimhong always maintained how hard and difficult and dangerous it is for his team and the Vietnamese counterparts to demarcate the border line. Well how come other experts are not invited to participated???? If the task is such a burden then Var Kimhong should resign. Var Kimhong is very evasive so this means that he is a LIAR and an incompetent fool. For example when Sam Rainsy removed the border markers, Var Kimhong said that the action violated the territory of Vietnam and Hun Sen thanked Vietnam for not resorting to war. Sam Rainsy proved it immediatedly that those border markers were illegally planted inside Cambodia's territory. Now Var Kimhong changed his position and said that those markers were never agreed upon by the border committee yet. Do you see how evasive this yellow monkey really is. When members of the SRP wanted to visit the location of those markers, Var Kimhong even said that Vietnamese permission needs to be requested because they are at the Vietnamese territory. Now the same yellow monkey is saying that border markers are never agreed upon. This mather f*cker is too much and he is a fool and he must be fired and let other experts review his work. I bet in real life this guy amounts to nothing and he is a failure in everything he touches. The way he speaks and his evasive behavior and his incoherrent thinking process make him the biggest monkey in Cambodia. Var Kimhong is one hell mather f*cker. Look at his face, people, he is a wife beater and tax cheater of the Cambodian nation. Look at the way he talks, it all jumble up and he keep contradicting himself. Here let me break it down: Var Kimhong repeatedly accept the map provided by Sam Rainsy but at the same time he call Sam Rainsy names over and over. Then he started talking about the technical issues about the map and the GPS. Then he contradicting himself over and over again, calling Sam Rainsy names and then accept the map provided by Sam Rainsy. If Var Kimhong agrees with the map provided by Sam Rainsy so why is there a discrepancy?? How come Var Kimhong cannot even explain why some Khmer villages that were inside Cambodia during the Sihanouk era are now found inside Vietnam instead? Var Kimhong himself said that the border markers planted in Khmer farmers' ricefields are already agreed by the border committees of Cambodia and Thailand, so why now Var Kimhong says that border markers planted in Cambodia's ricefields are not yet agreed by both countries? So how come the sudden change of position from Var Kimhong. Var Kimhong always maintained how hard and difficult and dangerous it is for his team and the Vietnamese counterparts to demarcate the border line. Well how come other experts are not invited to participated???? If the task is such a burden then Var Kimhong should resign. Var Kimhong is very evasive so this means that he is a LIAR and an incompetent fool. For example when Sam Rainsy removed the border markers, Var Kimhong said that the action violated the territory of Vietnam and Hun Sen thanked Vietnam for not resorting to war. Sam Rainsy proved it immediatedly that those border markers were illegally planted inside Cambodia's territory. Now Var Kimhong changed his position and said that those markers were never agreed upon by the border committee yet. Do you see how evasive this yellow monkey really is. When members of the SRP wanted to visit the location of those markers, Var Kimhong even said that Vietnamese permission needs to be requested because they are at the Vietnamese territory. Now the same yellow monkey is saying that border markers are never agreed upon. This mather f*cker is too much and he is a fool and he must be fired and let other experts review his work. I bet in real life this guy amounts to nothing and he is a failure in everything he touches. The way he speaks and his evasive behavior and his incoherrent thinking process make him the biggest monkey in Cambodia. He is a loser and he must go and he must resign for he can't do his job because he can't even speak the English or French terms correctly. He is simply a retard. Watch out for this guy he likes to drink and chase after other people's wives and little girls.
