Khmer Mchas Srok will help a Rally at the front of the UN,Geneva in March 14, 2010. And also a group of KMS will be participated on Human Rights Council Universal Periodic Review for Cambodia. For submit the document, all NGOs have to submit 7 months before the session and that NGO have to have ECOSOC recognise by UN.
Last December 1st 2009 is Cambodia review and newt March 17th is the reply of Cambodian Gouvernement for the recommandation during the review. And that day is a close meeting. No one NGO can allow to attend or listen that meeting. It will be rule only the commettee and the represent from Cambodia Gouvernement.
So the guys 6:06AM and 11:36AM who wrotes the abow comment are right.
The prouf are : First :you can surf in UN OHCHR website -> UPR -> 6e session -> Cambodia -> documents and you will see that it had no any only one word KMS in the UN Document. Second : KMS had no ECOSOC statut, this, you can ask them directly. You know why, I'm insist you about ECOSOC because if every NGOs can attend the UN meeting, the UN building can not get all those peoples (just example : in Cambodia, it have about 2000 NGOs, this is just a small Cambodia). Third : last December 1st, KMS made the rally at the December 4th, is 3 days after review. Example : if you are a good lawyer, you shoud defend your client before or at the moment of tribunal review, isn't it ? so, if the judge gave the verdict that your client have to behead tomorrow, how can you help or defend your client after the verdict delivered ? it is too late. Forth : the next March 17th, KMS will make a rally on sunday March 14th. Do you know, in the european capital, sunday, no body get out. All the public place is die. And no body work as well at the UN. Fith : if KMS told you that Dr. CHAK will give the comment at the meeting. She is realy a good lier, why ? because like I wrote abow this is just reply from CG not for public meeting (you can surf in UPR procedure your seft to see that). Sixth : Dr. CHAK told the people in France that she want one million euro to give to the lawyer to complaint to UN or Hague to withdraw all Yuon from Cambodia and right now she told the people in Geneva that she want three million euros bringing to developpe in Cambodia, why change ? Don't she going to creat another political party for 2013 ? and her party will do the same as KIM Sokha to destroy SRP ? So when, our people will win and change the country to be prosper ? (CPP will use each new party to destroy the ald one, this is a Hanoi tactic).
My conclusion : with all this 6 conditions, I hope that you accept the comment of the both below guys. Do you know, Cambodia is in the bad priod, so a lot of NGOs created are just for their own life, KMS is one of them. May be last year, she attended the Sok An's child wedding, what do you think about that ? So, please, if you want to help some body or NGOs, be knowing them well first, this is you are a good helper if not you are a good meuder for your own people. PS. just remember you that, each time that KMS go to UN, they just to learn not go to meeting like she told VOA, RFA, WKR or else. They are a very very good students liers.
