Today, the SRP received a summon letter signed by Sok Roeun, the deputy prosecutor of the Phnom Penh municipal court. The letter summons Sam Rainsy to show up in court on 09 March.
The summon for the opposition leader is aimed at questioning him about the 26 Feb lawsuit raised by the government, accusing him of publication of false information and of falsification of public document through the Internet. Mr. Sam Rainsy, who is currently in France, published maps that showed that border posts between Cambodia and Vietnam led to the loss of Cambodian territories.

ReplyDeleteWhen will the CPP government provide the Cambodian and internation audience with a legal documentation Between Vietname and Cambodia?.
We are still waiting to see the difference between what the CPP government is acussing Sam Rainsy of and we want to know how the Boarder post is planted in Pravite Cambodian Lands and the Land owners is being goaled.?
