Left behind in Hun Xen's "Moha Lot Phlas" Development?
An elderly blind woman can be often seen begging near the stop light along the Kampuchea Krom street next to the ministry of National Defense. She could face an accident one of these days because of her blindness (Photo: Everyday.com.kh)

ReplyDeleteThings in Cambodia are not as bad as KI Media and outsiders make out. That old woman is the only beggar in PP. Everyone else is working in well paid, well respected jobs, with compassionate, understanding bosses. Just ask me, I've been in Cambodia for 20 years and I've never seen any sign of corruption, not even from the police!
ReplyDeleteWhy don't you help her Ah Soy Thom!
ReplyDeleteJust like KJE said, Cambodia is not that bad like most people states - although I agree that's Cambodia is not perfectly run by the current prime minister but the country is definitely moving forward/better than the last 30 years.
ReplyDeleteYes,
ReplyDeleteCambodian minimum salary is $1000 a month,
no Cambodian wants to leave Cambodia,
no Cambodian goes to Thailand to work for $150 a month.
if cambodia don't have the human service or welfare agency, disabled people will beg like this, really!
