In this case, if Hun Sen chooses not to give even one dollar to the victim , you still can't do anything about it .

The search for accountability in this drama will come later.
The officers of civil security service and police during the three days of this festival should come and explain on the tv.
The civil security plan has anticiped the disaster of this magnitude created by the movement of crowds? If yes, the solutions provided are they implemented properly?, if nothing is planned, why this déficiency?
The civil security officials must resign for their incompetence in this disaster.

It also make me very worry to see so much alcohol allowed to enter or produced in our beloved Kingdom of Cambodia? What about “ YA BA “ from Thailand? Can Samdech Ta and Samdech Hun Sen stop all sort of drugs coming to Cambodia? The accident may not related to drugs and alcohol but just some thing that I could not sleep peacefully from now to the future in the name sake of Khmer citizen.

ReplyDeleteAccording to a Singapore sound engineer ,he said the two way bridge in the Northside was closed one day before the stampede.
Only the bridge on the South of Koh Pich was opened for traffic and some injured people told that many died from electricude by the faulty wire of this small bridge then it triggered the stampede.

The owners are already, quickly doling out $1000 per dead victim and $200 per injured one. There is still a need to investigate if there was any electrocution or what actually caused the panic and stampeded.

ReplyDeletei think it's a wake up call for investors in cambodia to have better plan in their development i.e. emergency plan, and so forth. koh pich is an island, so, they should build more wider bridges in all directions of the island if they expect to receive millions of people on the island for the holiday celebration, etc. they should have police and guard direct human traffic and so forth, especially during a major holiday like this, really! cambodia should build or demand investors, etc to build bigger and wider roadways, bridges, etc because from what i observed, many infrastructure in cambodia are small in sizes, thus making them crowded and difficult to maneuver, etc. yes, it is definitely a wake up call. i don't blame koh pich development, the gov't, etc as they did not expect or foresee this kind of tragic event. let this be a lesson for all to learn from. sometimes, people don't learn until they experienced or saw this kind of tragedy, then they began to open their eyes and think and plan better, etc. sad, but it's a part of life, i guess! people everywhere learned and moved on, really!
from the many eyewitnesses there, the flow of foot traffic, in this case, was very disorderly and chaotic, to say the least, people just come and go on this small bridge, and it sounded like there's only one bridge or access opened to the koh pich island. i think they (developers) should make better management plan, at least with the flow of traffic in and out of the island like this, you know!

from this tragedy, cambodia ought to make law punishing those who yelled fire in a crowded theater or the bridge is about to collapse with hundreds and thousands of people walking on it, etc. and people from everywhere or every walks of life should be educated or briefed about the danger or potential danger in general. yes, cambodia as nation and phnom penh have to have better emergency or crisis management plan! this is truly a wake-up call for the country and khmer everywhere. please wake up and learn from this, etc!

Here are some witness examples for the fatal accident/disarter waiting to happen:
-From sitting on the top of ongoing truck and van.
-allow mass crowded people watching firework and racing boats along the Cambodia-Japan bridge in KC.
-Stop in the middle of skypass to watch ongoing traffic at Monivong bridge.
-Fixing a car in the middle of the road.
These things happened under the nose of responsible officials.

The best way for Cambodia is to get rid of evil Budhism and accept Jesus Christ as your savior for Jesus Christ is the true God that die on the cross for your enless sin. Whoever doesn't accept Jesus Christ as their savior, will burn in eternal flame. People such as Ghandi, Dalai Lama, and Stephen Hawking will go to eternal hell. On the other hand, people such as Duch and Hitler will go to heaven. Only God's grace can do that. So, Cambodian should give up the existing religion and culture for it is not only evil but also bar them from being forever with God the creator.

Relating to this unpredictable tragedy at the last day of Water Festival this year, I recall that one day, King Father recommended turning Tuol Sleng into the prayer place for the death of those people for national reconciliation and especially for the spirit of those deaths.
King Father‘s suggestion was turned down. The RGC should seriously reconsider King Father’s recommendation. It is not too late to turn TUOL SLENG into a peaceful memory rather than to a memory of vengeance or anger. Turn down all relating banners. Burn up all relating books. Otherwise it will be happened by another unexpected and the worst tragedy.
The spirits of all Patriotic Kings including King Cheywarreman VII, and millions of patriotic Khmers such as Lok Ta Kheang Moeung, Preah Neang Chek Preah Neang Cham, Krala Hom Kong, Oknha SON KUY, Preah Ang Dang Kal, ect.. have been everywhere inside the territory of Khmer Empire (from KKK to…….)
They see all of us; but we don’t see them. You believe it or not are up to the individual Khmer including the leaders of every departments, congress, and Senate of the Royal Government of Cambodia.

I wonder year by year all of the multi millions dollars worth of donations, fund and recent loans from China. Where the hell do they all go?

Building structure are build to no standard, if Cambodia where to hit an earth quake tomorrow more Khmer will die except Hun Sen and the top officials who have the money to build good houses.
There are no check and balance of any system in Cambodia from bottom to the top.
If you give money it APPROVED.
Again the life of our fellow khmer who each has the potential to earn hundred of thosand of dollars are compensate by $200 or $1000 . Do we all only worth this much in Cambodia? Does Hun Sen life worth this much too?

ReplyDeleteIn the future, if there is an such as this last one, authority should know how to smooth the traffict by controling numbers of walking traffict per qsm so that people can have space to walk with good ventilation and also to avoid stampeed when there is an emergency. walking people shouldn't stop at the middle of the bridge. Perhap one qsm per person at the most.

Most fanatics engage in what is known as a vertical thinking; that is, they try to fit all the problems into a preconceived notion or a predetermined solution.
In this case, every problem, according to KhmerIsrael, fit into God's plan. And the justifications for bad things that happened could not be any more ridiculous- sin or "because you don't have Jesus Christ."
If KhmerIsrael is serious about this issue, explain the relationship between dinosaurs and the bible. Specifically, how would KhmerIsrael explain cretaceous period that determined by scientists to be about 144 to 65 million years ago and the period in the bible.

To the guy in Vegas: I believed in Jesus and I believed that he's the son of God or even God incarnate in person but that doesn't necessarily mean that you need to put other religions down? as everything is part of God's creation including multi religion i.e. go back to your bible and read the story of the tower of babel! and explain to me why God split people into different races and languages? So, what if there are several kind of heavens and Jesus's heaven is the top of the line, but other religions go to heaven too but different levels of heaven! think about that like lord Buddha said the cycle of life or wheel of dharma, there are a lot of human beings before God of the bible time or 7,000 years ago who were born in this earth and died and re-born including your siblings so don't be too arrogant as that is not what Jesus Christ preached! Now it would be nice if Cambodians believe in Christ and miracles surely will happen to our Country but that is their choices and you can pray for them to turn to Jesus Christ but please don't put people or the Dalai Lama down for you are nothing, compare to Gandhi or Dalai Lama.

As i'd viewed the seen from the video clip from different directions at the time of the incidents, logically i can see, that there was a safety problem that caused too many death. Just a stampede alone on a small bridge(7m wide) cannot be caused too many lives. the caused is that there was a blockades on the bridge that trapped the people that made them could not get out when in case of an emergency. If someone would get a pickup truck to halt the blockades that block people from trapping this would have save many lives. i don't understand why the policemen try to pull the trapper out one by one instead of pulling the whole blockade so that the people can run out freely? That is my questions... i'm felt very sad over this. I've seen lots of people die, but for these incident could save alots of the innocents' life if there were better security.

Without the blood of Jesus Christ there is no forgiveness of sins. Could you receive this truth or would you rather be comforted in the lie of Satan?
God wants to save all humanity through his Son Jesus Christ but the choice is yours. You have a choice, choose life or choose death.
For those who say they read the bible, don't you know that Satan is the god of this world. Don't you know that his goal is to deceive the whole world into believing the lie?

If you read it you will know who is the master mind behind Israel annihilation schemes throughout history of the Jewish nation. And non-Jews are included. Snares are being set for your soul and your only escape is by believing on Jesus Christ.
God cares more about your spiritual being than anything you'll ever achieve on this earth. He gave all he had to redeem loss sinners back to himself. He hath no pleasure in the death of the wicked but that all should repent and turn to Him.
If Hun Sen repents, He'll save him too. I know most of you would rather see him go to hell, not so with God. He is ever more merciful than you or I could grant forgiveness. Unless you all repent and turn to Jesus Christ, likewise you will perish like those who perished at that bridge to hell.
You can forget about being tolerance, you won't able to tolerate the eternal damnation of your wretch soul in hell fire by rejecting God's gift of eternal life. I'm trying to divert all of you from the path that leadeth to destruction.
To be honest, people are stampeding their way to hell. Because Jesus said, "Broad is the way that lead to destruction and narrow is the way that leads to life." Accept me as God's police trying to steer people from going on that "bridge" that leads to hell.
What better place to preach salvation message - than at the funeral for those who are still alive.
You can't blame God for not have heard of his gift of salvation through his Son Jesus Christ when you land in hell. There are some trying to put the blame on Hun Sen, police men, bridge builders for the cause of this tragedy. God saith, "didn't you read what I wrote in the bible? I sent my Son to die for you to create a bridge that lead to me." There is only ONE way to eternal life!
We the Cambodian people inside and outside the country call on Hun Sen and it cabinets to step down for its incompetence during Koh Pich chaos.

Who of you out there is willing to give up you only son whom you love to be spit upon, beaten, mocked, by sinners and would do nothing about it? God did.
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. (John 3:17)
The whole world is under God's condemnation because of sin from our parents Adam & Eve. God could have condemn us all to hell by not providing away for our deliverance (salvation).
He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. (John 3:18)
Jesus was a Lamb without spot for the sin offering on the altar of God. There was no fault found in him. By believing in him we are covered with his righteousness and not our own righteousness. Salvation is not earn, but is a gift from God.
And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. (John 3:19)
Sorry, Buddha was not that light. Jesus said, "I am the light of the world..."
He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh of the earth: he that cometh from heaven is above all. (John 3:31)
There are many spiritual leaders of many religions but they all are of the earth. They come from the earth or of the earthly realm, but not so with Jesus, he came from heaven and is above all. Yes, the verse above refers to Jesus.
You know the first five books of the bible which we call Torah (instructions) or also refer to as the "law", contain Jesus in the written word?
He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. (John 3:36)
I'm sharing these passages with you because I love you and want you to have eternal life through Jesus Christ. As you can see God is pretty exclusive by defining for us how to have eternal life.
My friends, you don't want to fall under the hand of an angry God. Why is God angry? Because of rebellion. How so? When you worship other gods, which are no gods at all, you are rebelling against him. People charged God falsely. Satan lead the first rebellion. Now he is gathering the whole world to rebel against God and saying all kinds of nasty things that aren't true to God's character and nature. Read it in the book of Revelation.
You can call me brain washed but at least I've been washed in the blood of the Lamb (Jesus Christ).

Government officials and all media controlled by CPP tried to hide another cause of the death:

The fact finding commission must be independent, committee members who handed pick by the government could NOT find out the true cause of the death. Its finding result will be manipulated as the case of the Chea Vichea killing.
As the first report by Channel NewsAsia and the interview of the injured people by Phnom Penh Post Newspaper, the electrocute on the bridge caused the stampede.
The death of more than 450 people could not be justified by the stampede only on 7 meters wide and 100 meters long bridge. A doctor at Calmette Hospital who refused to give his name said most the death from suffixation and electrocute. Also, during this mayhem there were reports of turning off the lights on the bridge.
It's a great insult to the death and injured people by denying the electrical shock factor.
Blaming only on the stampede, Koh Pich Company who owned by relatives of the powerful and pro-CPP tycoon, will not be liable for this disaster.
Suing or prosecuting the rich, the powerful and the tycoon in Cambodia is out of question, but if we could not find the real cause, we never could fix the problem.
This was a man made tragedy, not a natural disaster.
Please find out the truth so we could really learn from it, and all the death can rest in peace.

If you don't get that, try explain how a 4 year old child who died in any accident before that child realized and accepted Jesus, would be condemned to eternal hell? The bible says God loves people so much that he sent his only son to die and wash away the sins with his blood. But it is people like you and other fanatics of organized religions that keep on demanding blind obedience and creating conflicts among men.
For our buddhist compatriots, Buddha also taught us to give up the physical and worldly impurity that keep us in misery in the physical world through greed, lust, and lies.

from this unprecedented tragedy, cambodia should do like they do in america, required real estate, infrastructure, etc to post visibly a room maximum number of people in a room, hotel lobbies, public meeting room, on bridges, etc to remind the public not to exceed the maximum number of people because in case of stampede like this or overload in the case of bridges, etc. this way, people and the people will be educated and made aware of potential danger from stampede, suffocation, fire, etc, etc... in america, they post this kind of signs everywhere you go in a public hall, room, bridges, etc... learn to adapt this way from america; it's very smart and useful for cambodia in order to prevent tragic accidence like this.

ReplyDeletegood idea, it can prevent structural damages from overload, from danger of stampede in case of fire or any other panic and so forth. gov't, post the signs on all structures, etc where people gathered. and do educate the public and people from the provinces as well, not just people in the cities. in other words, educate all khmer people from all walks of life everywhere to be smart by using common sense, too, and to observe safety at all time because your safety is as important as the safety of the public at large. please learn from the wake of this tragedy. thank you.

Can His Majesty Samdech Ta and Samdech Hun Sen stop all sorts of drugs coming to Cambodia? The accident may not be related to drugs and alcohol but just some thing that I could not sleep peacefully from now on to the future, in the names sake of true Khmer citizen.
Can Samdech Hun Sen kindly ask all 5 million Vietnamese illegal immigrants to peacefully return to Vietnam, so Koh Pich will not be too crowded more and more every day, every month and every year to come.
All Vietnamese illegal immigrants can easily come in and settle inside Cambodia even though they already have their own country Vietnam.
