WE have to be very carefull for some con people who used the suffering of others for their capital gain. That is inhuman.
All fundraising must have a committee with a member of the sufferer there and police to amke sure that all fundraising are reaching to the sufferers.

I am fully respected to all people who are opening their heart to do something good for others. But for many instances, I found many cons who have raised moneys for themselves while using this sad circustance to exploit our innocense people.
First we must have all the names of the deaths or of the sicks and a committee must have set up with a representative of the sufferers. Once we have completed our fudraising we knew exactely how much each family will get.
I have decided for my committee to work closely with Mr Mam Sonando and we rely to him to do this for us. We knew that we can now fully entrusted to Mr Mam Sonando.

Watch out for the donated money. Some might be lost on the way to Cambodia. Some might be used for personal agenda. Watch out for Thary Ung activities. It's suspicious that she wants to do something. I heard that her husband is Vietnamese and she speaks Vietnamese at home.

    Who is Thary Ung?

It a tough world out there....be sure the money to straight to the victims family.

Please do not corrupt with money, it is a hard earned money 9-5 hour job that people make, it is not easy to making money. Unless we stole money like Hun sen then it is a different story.

    sincerely ........
