Good gesture from the King does not mean his majesty agreed of evetything, the Cambodian constitution prevent his majesty. The only real absolute power king is Mr prime minister. I do not like monarchy but I like the present king he knew to be poor was so difficult because he used to be a refugee himself.

Remember that you only live once so you should be more compassionate to other especially when you are rich.

This telling me the person who wrote the certificates gave 2 titles to the donor at the the same time, which should address only one at a time.
