Constitution of Cambodia (Sept. 1993)

CHAPTER VII: THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY

Article 88

The National Assembly sessions shall be held in public.

The National Assembly shall meet in closed session at the request of the Chairman or of at least 1/10 of its members, of the King or of the Prime Minister.

The National Assembly meeting shall be considered as valid provided there is a quorum of 7/10 of all members.

    The National Assembly should broadcast live on TVs and on Radios.
    Let the public saw all the ideas and goals of the govt and of each assemblymen and women.
    Hun Sen must be there and let anyone
    in the room or in the meeting hear from him; and they should have a debate there.That is the true democratic.
    Hun Sen just blahs!blahs! Blahs outside the meeting or on TV or Radio outside the group discussions.
    Hun Sen is afraid of someone asking in front the public.
