Three basic need of every human is food, shelter, and sex!
If AH HUN SEN regime can't even provide the basic needs for Cambodian people then there is no such thing as progress! If there is progress claimed by AH HUN SEN regime then who is the one that benefit from the so called progress? In this case Cambodian people certainly didn't benefit under AH HUN SEN regime so called progress!
