Part of the real reason behind Nuon Chea walking away was his 300 witnesses were not allowed to do their jobs as witnesses such as having their presences in ECCC court room.
So the real reason that we the victims must find out as follow:
Why this ECCC so afraid of letting 300 witness showing up in this ECCC court room if Nuon Chea killed 1.7 million of Cambodians?
300 ? and 1.7 million Cambodians ?
What is the real reason behind this political show trial as some foreigner has said ( Dr. mosyokov ).
Ah Nuon Chea, now is 2011 not 17.4.1975. You are not a strong one then you think that Cambodia was destroyed by you..your team...your boss...you come with nothing and you will go back with nothing too......
Who is Nuon Chea?Known as Long Bunruot,or Lau Ben Kon (Chinese name) born in07/07/1926,Vat Kor,B.bang in 1926.His father is Lao Liv and Dos Peanh(both Chinese).In 1940,Chea studied at Thammasat University in Bangkok as worked part-time job for the Thai minister of foreign affairs.Being as Communist Party of Siam in Bangkok,later renamed as Workers Party of Kampuchea and as the Communist Party of Kampuchea in 1960. He was the Kampuchea People's Representative Assembly during 04/11-13/1976,Chea was elected President of Standing Commitee. He was forced abandon his post as Vietnam captured Phnom Penh in 01/07/1979.
Case 002 will end up with Majority of Khmer dissappointment.

By law Nuoun Chea has right to have witnesses .

I have said many time , and many months before full hearing of Case 002 on this KI-Media that :
ReplyDeleteThis ECCC or Khmer Rouge Trial will face a lot of obstacles from CPP and end up with dissappointment of majority of Cambodians.
Why?
Because CPP formed by yuon Hanoi officially in 1951 ( unofficially before 1951 )so yuon Hanoi have strong influent over this ECCC political show.
