    15 Judges and stays 9 years in
    their seats.Seat in kingdom of Netherlands,The Hague.
    Thailand and Cambodia have to draw
    troops out of land around Preah
    Vihear temple.
    Both Thailand and Cambodia should
    respect the rules of international
    laws.
    World court uses two languages:
    French and English.
