What does CPP means? It means Cambodian People Party.It was born in 1951 which Vietnam created and members of this party called" Khmer Vietminh". The CPP is a communist party. So,the kingdom of Cambodia is a fake neutral state,the real is a communist like China, Vietnam,Lao,North Korea,and Cuba. All six of them are dictators.
