Khmer people don't have to be this poor. But under Ah Chhke Hun Sen, Khmers have to be poor. When any country is poor, corruption and uneducated will happen because people don't think about the country but do any thing to survive. That's what his boss, Vietcong, orders him to do so Viet can take over our country easily in a short time.
